Quest Chest

Quest Chest is a product line featuring TTRPG modules in a box, with physical props. Each module contains a full, system agnostic narrative arc split into 4 acts, including story-driven objects for the players to use such as metal coins, maps, wax sealed letters, candles, and tea. With 2 released modules in 2023, and a 300 percent funded Kickstarter to produce the next 5, Quest Chest is quickly becoming a fan favourite! One co-Quest Chest has already been announced in partnership with Blackwater, and several more are currently in negotiation and development with other exciting partners!

Michael is one of the founders of Quest Chest, and is the Lead Writer and Narrative Designer. So far nearly 200,000 words have been written in the Quest Chest universe, with many more on the way.

Artifacts Arcanum

Artifacts Arcanum is a prop based TTRPG module product line featuring 8-10 hours of content supported by a single exciting prop, usually a coin of up to 3 pieces. Each module also features voiceover and music, as well as fully statted out encounters and a complete story arc. At present 4 products have been published in the artifacts arcanum line, with 3 more on the way. Michael has written all content for currently published Artifacts Arcanum, including selected song lyrics, puzzles, riddles, and more. Specific design elements include visual puzzle creation on coins, logic puzzles and riddles, and integrating lyrical and language ciphers into narrative gameplay.

Mycili Adventures

Coming in 2026, Mycili Adventures is the first board game designed by Michael, in partnership with Morgan Tyrrell. Take on the role of brave fungal folk sporing out into the big wide world. Foster the community of the forest, gather resources to build the perfect fungal nursery, and become your best mushroom self before winter arrives!

Quill TTRPG Toolset

First produced in 2025, Quill is a TTRPG Toolset designed to put power and flexibility into the hands of creators and GMs. A modular system, Quill allows designers to select and combine building blocks to create their own unique settings and games. Featuring d6 dice pools, narrative forward play, and a unique “Momentum” mechanic used to empower players and inspire imagination.

Willowmere

Successfully crowdfunded in 2025, Willowmere is the inagural roleplaying game created with the Quill TTRPG toolset. As with all Quill games, Willowmere features unique design mechanics which set it apart from other tabletop options within the space.
